Yes. Every item at Tamela Vintage is carefully inspected and authenticated before being listed. We source only genuine vintage pieces from trusted suppliers and reputable sources in Japan, so you can shop with complete confidence. Every purchase is backed by our lifetime authenticity guarantee, giving you peace of mind that your piece is 100% authentic.
Most of our collection consists of authentic pre-owned vintage luxury items. Each product listing clearly describes the item's condition and includes detailed photos so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.
We regularly source unique vintage luxury handbags and accessories. New arrivals are added a few times a week, so we recommend checking back often or subscribing to our newsletter for early access.
Shipping & Returns
Australia Post standard (Regular/Parcel Post) delivery generally takes 2 to 4 business days for same-state deliveries and 3 to 6 business days for interstate shipments
Australia Post Express delivery generally takes 1 to 3 business days nationwide.
- Victoria: 1 to 2+ business days
- Interstate: 1 to 3+ business days

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
At Tamela Vintage, we specialize in carefully curated luxury vintage pieces. As most of our bags are preloved, each item has its own unique character and signs of wear that reflect its history.
We take great care to provide accurate descriptions and detailed photographs so you can make an informed purchase. Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before placing your order, as items may appear larger or smaller in photographs.
Due to the nature of vintage and preloved items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, we will gladly assist you if:
- The item you receive is faulty in a way that was not disclosed in the listing; or
- The item is significantly different from the description or photographs provided.
If you believe your order meets either of these conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review your request and work with you to reach a fair resolution, which may include a refund, exchange, or store credit where appropriate.
